Our fees are simple, transparent, and predictable — no hidden charges or surprise bills. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying and exactly what you’re getting.

This is a membership subscription - not per-visit care. Like a gym membership, you pay a monthly fee regardless of whether you use visits in any given month. You are purchasing access to care, not per-visit charges. The first 3 months is a commitment period. You cannot cancel early except in extraordinary circumstances at the provider’s discretion.

  • Direct Primary Care is a membership-based medical model where patients pay a flat monthly fee for comprehensive primary care services. It removes insurance billing from the equation, allowing longer visits, direct access to your clinician, transparent pricing, and predictable cost.

  • Our monthly membership is designed to provide comprehensive, hassle-free healthcare for a flat fee—with zero copays or deductibles. Your membership unlocks full access to personalized primary care, including:

    • Unlimited & Prompt Access: Same-day or next-day appointments (in-person or via text, call, and video telemedicine).

    • Preventative & Routine Care: Comprehensive annual wellness exams, pediatric wellness checks, sports physicals, and chronic disease management.

    • In-Office Perks: Routine in-office laboratory tests and minor procedures are included at no extra cost.

    • Deep Discounts: Access to greatly reduced pricing on external laboratory tests and imaging.

    • Specialist Consultations: Virtual eConsults with medical specialists (via RubiconMD) to get expert opinions without the long wait times.

    • Integrative Medicine: A holistic approach that blends conventional medicine with functional, homeopathic, and lifestyle care.

  • Patiens pay a recurring monthly fee. This covers most routine primary care services: visits, messaging, chronic disease management, preventive care, and basic in-house lab, testing, and/or procedures. At Latitude DPC, we try and coordinate low-cost labs, radiologic, and pharmaceutical options for our patients.

  • Yes— DPC is not insurance. We still recommend insurance for coverage for: Hospitalizations, Emergency care, Surgery, High-cost medications, and Specialist visits (we can also coordinate low-cost, cash-based specialty providers).

    Many patients pair DPC with a high-deductible plan or health-sharing ministry.

  • Your DPC clinician can coordinate care, communicate with ER staff, and help with follow-up, but emergency services are coordinated separately through your insurance or cash-pay.

  • Yes, many DPC clinics, including Latitude DPC offers in-house procedures, IV infusions, vitamin infusions, simple laceration repair, skin lesion removal, trigger point injections. Pricing for members and non-member is transparent of often significantly lower than insurance-based clinics.

  • Yes, we offer family memberships, including pediatric care, well-child visits, and sports/school physicals. Vaccines are not available in clinic, however, these can be coordinated through local public health partners and potentially ordered individually.

  • DPC emphasizes accessibility. Latitude DPC uses AtlasMD electronic health record (EHR) that includes text messaging, secure app messaging, phone calls, telemedicine, and after-hours access for urgent needs.

  • No, we do require an initial 3 month obligation. After that, memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.

  • Concierge practices bill insurance and charge an additional fee for enhanced access. DPC replaces insurance billing entirely with a flat membership fee, making care simpler, and often more affordable.
