*One time enrollment fee applies: $75/Individual / $125/Couple / $150-Family
Membership begins with an initial 3-month commitment. After that, membership continues month-to-month according to the membership agreement.
Need Care Without Membership
ACUTE CARE VISIT — $97
Get help with an acute medical concern without becoming a member.
Includes evaluation, treatment plan, prescriptions when appropriate, and follow-up messaging related to the visit.
