Patients pay a recurring monthly fee. This covers most routine primary care services: visits, messaging, chronic disease management, preventive care, and simple in-house procedures. At Latitude DPC, we try and coordinate low-cost labs, radiologic, and pharmaceutical options for our patients.

Yes— DPC is not insurance. We still recommend insurance for coverage for: Hospitalizations, Emergency care, Surgery, High-cost medications, and Specialist visits (we can also coordinate low-cost, cash-based specialty providers).

Your DPC clinician can coordinate care, communicate with ER staff, and help with follow-up, but emergency services are coordinated separately through your insurance or cash-pay.

Yes, many DPC clinics, including Latitude DPC offers in-house procedures, IV infusions, vitamin infusions, simple laceration repair, skin lesion removal, trigger point injections. Pricing for members and non-member is transparent of often significantly lower than insurance-based clinics.

Yes, we offer family memberships, including pediatric care, well-child visits, and sports/school physicals. Vaccines are not available in clinic, however, these can be coordinated through local public health partners and potentially ordered individually.

DPC emphasizes accessibility. Latitude DPC uses AtlasMD electronic health record (EHR) that includes text messaging, secure app messaging, phone calls, telemedicine, and after-hours access for urgent needs.

No, we do require an initial 3 month obligation. After that, memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.

Item Concierge practices bill insurance and charge an additional fee for enhanced access. DPC replaces insurance billing entirely with a flat membership fee, making care simpler, and often more affordable.

Acute Care Visit payments can be made with Cash, Debit Card, or Credit Card with same processing fees added.
Membership fees are billed automatically each month. We offer the following payment options:
Debit Card or ACH Bank Transfer: No processing fee. Choose this option to avoid charges entirely.
Credit Card: 2.99% processing fee applies. This fee is charged in addition to your membership fee.
To avoid the fee: Switch to debit card or ACH bank transfer at any time.
